Dominic came out the same day I called and quickly assessed what was wrong with our pool (issue with the motor). He was knowledgeable and gave a slew of helpful advice. I also decided on doing the green to clean package and am very pleased with the outcome. In a matter of a week or so our pool went from being a potential gator paradise to a pool fit for a resort. Any other questions I had (like scheduling) I was able to ask Kelly who was also very nice and helpful! I definitely recommend this pool business!

The service we receive from this company is FAR SUPERIOR to any other company we have used!. Their serviceman Trey is so polite and always on time. Since we have large dogs we asked that they contact us on their way. Trey always does, as does the owners if they are backed up! The price they state is the price they charge and they don’t go up. Photos of the pool are sent to us showing the completed job. This is such a breath of fresh air after having a company out of Dunnellon that employs foul mouthed servicemen. Thank you Code 3 for doing such a great job!!

We have used Code 3 Pools for 2 years and we cannot overstate how thorough, competent and responsive they are.We tried several other services for the 1st year we moved here and were very dissatisfied. We called Code 3 and they came to our home right away and tackled our electrical and filtration issues and tracked down the source of our leaks and referred us to someone to do the necessary regrouting.. They came literally a dozen times until we resolved all of the necessary issues. They have been our go to pool company ever since! Kelley and Dominic who run Code 3 are simply the best in the area!

Code 3 Pool Service  started servicing our pool August of 2020. The service provided by Code 3 is Excellent! Before they started, I looked to replace the water inlet and outlet covers in the pool. Also the tile had water marks and could not get cleaned. Dylan, the Code 3 service Tech, performs all services to keep  the pool cleaner, chemicals in the pool at the proper levels. Swimming in the pool this season I now see how the Items I wanted to replace look like new! The tile also looked so much better, and sure soon they will look like new! Moved in the residence in November of 2019. The Pool now looks great!

The owner of CODE 3 Pool service has been telling me for months what his client has been expecting of him or his son when they come for weekly cleans. I know Dominick and his son for over 2 years now and they are the NICEST and hard working guys around. They were in the process of cancelling her as a client because of the way she speaks to them and what she expects (things no one else would do) at no additional cost. She has had a few pool services already and can’t seem to keep one. Ignore the bitter woman and trust your pool to Code 3. Best decision you will make about the upkeep of your homes investment.
